In this exceptional situation, we have adapted the work organisation of our teams to ensure everyone's health and safety, and to continue at best the normal running of our business.
All deliveries in Metropolitan France are ensured. Deliveries to Europe are only ensured to the following countries: Germany, Benelux, Spain, Italy, Monaco and Austria except for the Balearic islands, the Canary islands and the Italian islands.
Parcels are generally shipped within 3 business days (apart from weekends, public holidays, and summer closing). They are shipped with KUHNE & NAGEL or LA POSTE.
The shipping costs are 6.90 euro for Metropolitan France and 14.90 euro for Corsica.
The shipping costs for Europe (Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, Monaco, Austria*) are 9.90 euro.
The shipping cost includes the costs of preparation, packing and shipping. We recommend you to group all your articles in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and the shipping costs then apply to each of them.
1- CHANGE OF MIND
You want to return a product because you've changed your mind.
After completing our form here, you should return the article to us, at your expense, in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the original packaging and label, and a copy of the invoice, in the same carton or similar.
In order to track your request, we will ask you to send us a proof of posting. When we receive your package in our depots, we will check the condition of the returned article and it will be refunded within 30 days.
The shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.
Should the purchase have been made with a promotional code we will refund the amount in proportion to the total spent after discount.
We do not make exchanges. If you want to exchange an article you have to seek its return and then buy the wanted article on our website.
2- DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
You have received a defective product or it doesn't match your order.
In the simplified form here, you can detail the nature of the problem and send us photos of the product received.
Our Customer Service will contact you to follow up on your request.
- In the case of receipt of an article broken during transport, our Customer Service will contact you for renewal of the damaged article or its refund.
- In the case of receipt of an article having a defect, our Customer Service will contact you to understand the nature of the problem and to offer a solution.
- In the case of receipt of an article not in compliance with your order (our customer service will compare the photographed article and the delivery note which accompanies your order), you should let us know using our form here within 14 days counting from the date of receipt of your order. You should carefully repackage the article and send it to us. On receipt of the proof of posting, we undertake to send you back the article initially ordered as soon as possible (and according to available stocks) in 30 days. Should the product not be available in stock, we will refund the value of the article without shipping costs. Should the purchase have been made with a promotional code we will refund the amount in proportion to the total spent after discount.
