Women/Men Equality Index
In accordance with the law of September 5, 2018, on the freedom to choose one's professional future, and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019, aimed at eliminating gender pay gaps, Jars publishes its Gender Equality Index.
What does this index consist of?
The professional gender equality index is a score out of 100, obtained from 5 indicators:
- Indicator of average gross annual pay gap by FTE: 38 out of 40
- Indicator of individual pay rise rate gap: 35 out of 35
- Indicator related to the percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15 out of 15.
- Indicator of the number of employees of the underrepresented sex among the 10 highest earners: 5 out of 10
- The Gender Equality Index within Emile Henry for the year 2025 is 93 points out of 100.
This score reflects our commitment to professional gender equality.
