From May 25th to June 2nd, the Manufacture Royale de Lectoure welcomes new creations imagined by Sarah Espeute. In the reception room of the former tannery, the designer expresses her artistic sensibility through poetic and minimalist embroidery. She works primarily with antique linen or cotton fabrics that she hunts for and then embroiders by hand, sketching the silhouettes of everyday objects.
Plates and cutlery, pitchers, cups, flowers and fruit… whisper to us stories of conviviality and gluttony.
